Our teas begin among mature tea trees, with a mountain spring that supplies water for the garden’s irrigation.
OUR APPROACH

Yees Fung starts with a simple commitment: present the tea we grow with care and clarity. Our own garden gives us a close connection to the trees, the water used in cultivation and the character of each harvest.
We currently share green tea and black tea. Their character can vary with the season, so we confirm the harvest, packaging and availability for each order instead of promising a fixed tasting profile for every batch.
WATER IN THE GARDEN
Spring water, close to the source.
A mountain spring runs through our garden. Its water is used to irrigate the tea plants. That is a real part of how the garden is cared for, and a detail we want visitors to know about the place behind the leaves.
